How do I place an order?
Browse products, add desired items to your cart, click "Checkout", fill in your delivery address, complete payment, and submit your order. You'll receive a confirmation SMS within minutes.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, for security and tracking. You can sign up with email or Google in under 30 seconds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they're shipped. Call us at 01790191635 or message on WhatsApp. Note: Delivery charges cannot be refunded once paid to courier.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We can adjust quantities, change delivery address, or add/remove items if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?
Yes! For orders above ৳5,000 or bulk purchases, contact our sales team via WhatsApp for special wholesale pricing.

Why do I need to pay delivery charge in advance?
This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent orders. Only the delivery charge (৳70-120) is paid upfront. The product price is paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive your order.
What is your bKash/Nagad number?
Send Money to: 01790191635 (Personal account, both bKash and Nagad accept this number).
Where do I find my Transaction ID?
After you Send Money via bKash/Nagad, you'll receive a confirmation SMS with a Transaction ID (TrxID). It's a 10-character code like "9A8B7C6D5E". Enter this during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your card or financial details on our servers.

How much is the delivery charge?
• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): ৳120
• Remote areas: ৳150
How long does delivery take?
• Dhaka: 24-48 hours
• Major cities: 48-72 hours
• District towns: 2-3 days
• Remote areas: 3-5 days

Do you deliver to remote areas?
Yes! We cover all 64 districts of Bangladesh including remote upazillas via Steadfast Courier's nationwide network.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Use our Track Order page or check "My Orders" in your profile. You'll also receive tracking SMS from Steadfast.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. You can also authorize a family member to receive the order on your behalf.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available in select Dhaka areas for orders placed before 11 AM. Additional charge of ৳50 applies.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return guarantee. If you're unsatisfied or received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
How long does refund processing take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product. Money is sent to your bKash/Nagad account.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us immediately with photos/videos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Don't worry, we cover all costs for defective items!
Is delivery charge refundable?
No, delivery charges are non-refundable as they're paid to the courier service. Only the product price will be refunded.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and we'll send you a reset link via email. Or login with Google to skip passwords entirely.
How can I delete my account?
Email us at support@shinebd.com with your account email. We'll permanently delete your account within 7 days.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes! We use bank-level SSL encryption. We never sell your data and only share with trusted partners (Steadfast, bKash) for order fulfillment. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Absolutely! We guarantee 100% authentic products. All items are sourced from verified suppliers and authorized distributors.
Do you offer warranty on products?
Yes, products with manufacturer warranty are clearly marked. Electronic items typically come with 6-12 months warranty.
What if a product is out of stock?
You can join the waitlist on the product page. We'll notify you via SMS when it's back in stock.
