• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated
• Delivery charges are calculated separately
• Prices may change without notice
• We honor the price at the time of order confirmation

4. Payment Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For product price upon receipt

Payment Process

1. Pay delivery charge first via bKash/Nagad
2. Submit valid Transaction ID during checkout
3. Pay product price (COD) to delivery agent
4. Order will be cancelled if Transaction ID is invalid

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 70
• Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): BDT 120

Delivery Timeline

• Dhaka City: 24-48 hours
• Outside Dhaka: 48-72 hours
• Remote areas: 3-5 business days

Delivery Partner

All orders are delivered through Steadfast Courier. ShineBD is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy includes:

• 7-day return window from delivery date
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Defective or damaged products: Full refund + free return
• Wrong product delivered: Free replacement or refund
• Delivery charges are non-refundable

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Place fraudulent orders or refuse delivery without reason
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm our website
